This week was Brydon's Birthday! He is getting so close to 30 now and next year he will be in trouble. I already have big plans!!! But this year I took it easy on him and just made some cupcakes for his office and then made everyone sing to him. We had to make him blush a little bit. I have to admit these were pretty great cupcakes. I found this amazing frosting that is truly the best chocolate frosting EVER!! It is light and fluffy and has a great chocolate flavor.
